Sejeong is a muggleborn in a whole new world (.mp3), so text messaging has kind of lost it's appeal when she can do cool things like attach a note to an owl's leg, make her doodles come alive, or even send a howler!! And anyway, she's always been more of a chat in person kind of gal, so social media was never really her thing. Back home in Korea, she sometimes browsed internet forums to comment on articles that interested her, but that was usually the extent of it. Most of the time she didn't really have the time for that sort of thing, what with work, school, and lessons to attend.
TL;DR: She loves writing letters and/or notes!!! Please send her some!! And expect lots of stickers and doodles. Unless it's urgent.

Keep in mind that Sejeong doesn't have a personal owl, so it might take her a bit to receive and send out letters.
I always thought it would be cool to send messages via paper plane like Draco does.
Mayhaps passing notes in class or in the hallways.
